We are a group of award-winning marketing, communications and organizational professionals with enough passion and creativity to power a nation. We wanted to bypass the hierarchy of large agency models and deliver senior thinking and execution directly into our clients’ marketing and executive teams when and how they need it. We not only think big, we get our hands very dirty. We believe that success is best when executed with an incumbent team and results happen in tandem with immersed project work.

Employment Practices Group, LLC is the boutique consulting team organizations turn to when they are in transition. This group of talented human resources specialists, led by Lisa Moran, aligns people against each companies’ deliverables, making strategic human resources more than a practice, but very much a priority.
